           This Link will lead you to a website to track your Calories and your Exercise. It is a bit complex and takes a good 30 minutes to figure out how things work. I had to use this for a class project and counting calories for a project. So, I recommend that you use this website to lock in your information at the end of the day. Keep a small journal with you during the day and write down all that you eat and then at the end of the day get an accurate count of how many calories consumed and how much exercising you did. This helps you be more aware of your eating habits and this site is great for giving you tips on calorie limits and what you should try to aim for. Check it out!
